SONGWRITING & PRODUCTION

30
Triple Z co-owner Paul Guzzone has been a musician and songwriter since his first band Revival was signed to Buddha Records fresh out of high school. And he’s been producing music for nearly as long as he’s been playing it. He released his own album of original material Dancin’ Room, which received critical raves and airplay on major East Coast rock stations.

He produced Days of Horses, the latest album by the veteran acoustic duo Aztec Two-Step. He co-produced The Bacon Brothers' Can’t Complain on Rounder/Universal as well as their live concert CD and DVD. He also contributed engineering/production capabilities to a few of author Sandra Boynton’s CD/book releases: the New York Times bestseller Philadelphia Chickens and the recent Dog Train.

Paul pitches his original songs to major artists through Chris Keaton Productions in Nashville. A song he co-wrote with acoustic blues artist Ruthie Foster appears on her current release Runaway Soul.

Co-owner, co-writer and spouse Mary Ellen Bernard has released three CD’s: Point of Departure, Coney Island Mojo and Bus Stop. All have received radio airplay around the country and have been chosen for "best of" lists by a number of deejays and reviewers.
